Some things load super fast, others real slow. And this is going to make me sound like a 5 year old with serious ADD but I dont' mind the long loading time on the pages that have the loadBar that looks like a rotating barbers pole? You know, the striped-one (blue at the beginning). I didn't like waiting for the boring solid color ones . . . :ne:
But the pics are pretty da_mn cool.

*edit* OMG the bag of rice fighting the bag of flour cracked me up! How can a bag of rice have so much expression?! That was awesome. :P

Dude you should be working for nickelodeon or cartoon network or something. Those animations are great! Nice sound effects, speed, motion, etc. Love 'em.

you might consider re-wording your "about us" text to better expresses the firm's values. i was rather confused at first, when you say something like "believing that cel animation is becoming a thing of the past, we formed a team of artists that share those same views." it sounds like you're accepting traditional animation's extinction, the opposite of what you really mean.
side item, on the splash page, can you get rid of all the extra white space to the right?
