Hello,

What I'm doing is making a short film for my Final Major Project on my National Diploma Media Production course.
One part of the script involves an animated cartoon character. Now, I don't know anything about animation and I would really appreciate any information any of you can give me.

However, I am also looking for maybe a freelance animator, an animation student, an animation company or anyone who can do animation... anyone who would be interested to help me along with my project.

I am in the UK in North Yorkshire so someone local would be even better but please don't hesitate to reply.

Of course you would get a copy of the work and possibly even a small payment.

I know this is a huge stab in the dark but I know there's a lot of talented people on this board and any help that you can give me would be greatly received.

Well it's a little strange...and kinda random but thats the whole point.

Echem, I need a steriotypical lepricorn toking from a bong, stopping and then waving into the camera...

OK, reading that it sounds totally stupid like I'm just doing this for a joke or something so I'll give you a little background to the script.
It's a black comedy about a man who claims he cannot die. He tells the story of his suicides which are shown is a darkly humoures light. This suicide is his overdose attempt where he is shown nearly dead and the lepricorn is one of his haluciantions. I thought as it is a halucianation I would show that by it been in animation.

Originally the lil lepricorn fella spoke but I know how difficult that is to do... isn't it? I don't know. Please any help that you can contribute would be great.

I know it's a little strange but I'd love to see what you guys could come up with. If you were to colaberate together then that also would be good.

The technical side: I'd be editing on Adobe Premier.

Like I said before if I missed anything out just ask.
