Ok, I doubt anyone will take me up on this, but I thought I would post it anyways.
I'm looking for someone to help me with Programming and Database work so I can offer my clients more. You can be apart of the team (n3xtmedia.com) or you can just be on contract.
The pay is not going to be an ongoing pay (like salary wise) the pay will be based upon the clients we get. The more clients we get, the more money you will get paid. I'm thinking roughly 25-30% of the final price the client is paying. It may not be a lot, but I need some change to pay for the domain, hosting and other misc. stuff.
This isn't going to be really hard work (I don't think) it's more like fun projects to help enhance your skills.
I'm more of a designer myself (or try to be. lol) and I try doing coding, but I am not the best. If someone can come on and help it would be greatly appreciated.
