It's good, i like the colors that you use.

One suggestion:
I don't know the purpose of using double menus (top and bottom). The top one is simple and it fits to the overall design. The bottom one is kinda off-palette.

well I wish I could read what these sites are about cause the photos aure are interesting. I llke the layout - its pretty clean, the navigation is a bit comnfusing of course I dont know what most of the buttons say so that might be it too.

Sorry for that... the sites are in spanish...
The first one (www.bellezanacional.com) is an e-zine covering the fashion scene, here in Puerto Rico (where I'm from).

The second one (www.zuaniaminier.com) is a website I did for a jewelery designer from, again, Puerto Rico.

I'm not sure about the layout of the first site but....apart from that I like. As for the second site posted that is good...but...the easing on the animation (rollover) is alittle too much as you have to land the cursor exactly on the registration point for the orange slider to align itself perfectly, if not it some times goes a little to far or short.
