flash cd autorun menu anyone?

Hello

I make cd autorun menus...quite a lot of them...and in my own quiet way..using the software I have become accustomed to...I'me quite good at it...but I want to be able to make Flash autorun menus.
What I have in mind is to pay someone to construct a simple cd autorun menu for me...no animation...just a blank background with a few simple buttons, from which you would be able to run such commands as run .exe...run specific file formats..word..psd.. whatever...and openspecific folders on the cd.
Also I would want a complete screen video showing how it is done...so that I could then start experimenting with making my own.

How much would it cost me?
