EarthLink, which claims to be the first large ISP to offer rich-media blocking, launched a service to disable Flash in May.

Does this service know the difference between legit content (ie a flash based site) and advertising?

Mozilla has had this for ages.

You can use regular expressions for defining which images/flash movies to block. It's awesome :)

I think a tutorial that covers how to create those floating flash ads would be cool. I'll probably start that once I get some backlogged tutorials finished ;)
