Car script

Im looking for a car script. I want it to be somewhat alike to
Bumpercars (http://www.neopets.com/games/bumpercars.phtml) . I haven't found what I'm lokoing for yet, but if anyone has the script or is kind enough to write it for me that would be great! :pleased:
