Pop Up window

I hope this is the right place to ask for this, if it isn't let me know.

Question: I want to have a Pop up window from a Flash page, or regular HTML page, but I have the smallest idea on how to do this, I found a tutorial for this, but since I have one of my sites on FrontPage, this tutorial doesn't help me now Tutorial (http://www.kirupa.com/developer/mx/centered_popup.htm) can someone please give me an idea on how to do this? thanks.....

are you making popups from a button? becuase i can tell u how to do them. if you need to put javascript links in dynamic text I cannot help you as thats a problem I am having.
