I need feedback on this simple logo

I redid the logo using some of the tips you guys gave me. They really helped me, I have remade the logo, this is just a rough draft, but I would still appreciate any feedback u give me.

BTW..This logo is for a design studio my friends parents own.

Pls specify whats the firm about. A good logo has to make sense with the firms name or the field it is designed for.

nah soulty it is a club....one of the suits from a deck of cards. But I think he may have meant to do a four leaf clover. Like the Lucky Charms dude.

that is really not very good for a lot of reasons...most of which
have already been said. It doesn't fit at all, and the difference in
scale to the text is really offbase. This could use a rework, IMO.

The club does not match "lucky". Unforunately a redo of the logo is needed im afraid. :(

edit: btw i noticed your footer. Change it to:

I would shrink the size of the logo down, make it a Shamrock, and have: "Luck Designs" in an arc around the sides of the clover...
