"Page to Page" effect?

Is there a actionscript that will allow you to go from one part of your site(say from home page to Contacts) and you could fade the current page out and fade in the Contact page, i have done this but with a lot of tweening and different parts of the movie witch builds up filesize, is this possible? thanks

you can download the .fla edit it.

edit the intro and outro

so in intro it fads in and outro it fads out.
