Why the hell isn't it illegal? Or punishable to make/install spyware on peoples computers?

I wish I knew... Spyware sucks no doubt about it. I just make it a habit to not do business with companies who use/promote spyware. If more people start to think along the same lines maybe they will get the point. =)

I heard one of these spyware/ad-removal programs actually installs a spyware program on your computer. Don't remember which one, though...so beware.

Spybot and ad-aware.:love: These two programs can install anything they want on my machine! Its only fair when you consider the amount of garbage they've removed for free. :)
