nice work kit, just curious though are her legs huge compared to the rest of her body, i cant say much about my own sense of propotion on my characters, which are usually always out of whack , but it looks a little off to me. might be the pose.
nice work as always though. think she needs a tatoo to go with that skull belt. :)

You're right as it happens, they are longer than normal. I'm going with longer legs on these people for the moment. It's just an idea, kind of like Cowboy Bebop - Spike is pretty lanky in that with the whole leg thing. :)

Erk. Um. No.
I have had a play with it though, to be fair. Pretty complex... It'll take a while to get the hang of, I think. :)

lol. yeah it is pretty complex. and does take a while to get the hang of. my friend, a illustrator first then a digital designer picked it up pretty quick, a rendition of a Honda s2000 he did in illustrator with mesh coloring was amazing. give it time, its a awesome tool. ;)

That's a really good tute... I can see I'm going to have to spend some more time on this idea. :)
In the meantime, I've coloured her in Photoshop:

photoshop
ps. would you mind mebbe take a look at some
stuff i did recently in illustrator ?
most of it is just about learning to work with it ...
oh jah some content might be considered to be
"adult" stuff ... (it is just one drawing and i don't
really think of it as being that offensive)
here's the link .... tryout stuff (http://xvector.tomaatnet.nl/tryoutstuff.jpg)
