I recently saw the new project Unuflux was working on with the great grudge feel and I really like it, you inspired me Unuflux! Anyway, I searched for grudge brushes but I still don't really know how to get the grudge feel. Unuflux, or anyone, can you tell me any technique or tutorial that can acheive a nice grudge look? Much appreciated.

One of the most common and most over used brush locations was here http://nocturna.net/brushes/ but she for reasons i can understand has taken them down.

there are others but you should make your own as well. You will find you have better results with the brushes you created your self. Now that i have my own i rarely use the other sets i have.

you mean UNFLUX and not UNUFLUX, right? ;)
sintax's links are good starts...I'm glad that I inspire you. Thanks
for letting me know, I'm flattered.

Sorry about the name... anyway, with these brushes, do I just draw to make that nice grudgy look or do I use layer styles and stuff like that... any suggestions.

Why don't you download the brushes and try out? ;) Tons of layers, layer styles, and brushes. Experimenting on different things will be the only way to get your personally desired effect. Well, get experimenting!

yes exactly. The only rule to grunge is: there are no rules. :beam:
at least, that's what I've found. Sintax is more of the expert in
this style, but he always cautions me on using too much. So if
anything, I'll pass that advice along to you.
Just have fun with it! That's most important anyway. ;)
(oh - and I don't care about the name, happened to notice cuz
you typed so many times like that. :D)

honestly the same way as said in this thread. I loaded up a bunch
of brushes and played with colors and layers....that's about it.
