I can't read any spanish but here are my crits:
- jpg quality is very bad - improve it
- print page is slow
- don't use l33t writing for your text - it ruins the website
- some of your text is hard to read

On your splash page, you should make your "enter the page" link bold, or with another color. Its hard to find out at first where to click.
I agree with mlk about the l33t speak.
Also, the hit area for you links should cover the whole word. Right now its hard to click them.

You can't even tell where to mouse over for the nav. How is someone supposed to know where your button's are when you need to mouse over an insivible triangle to make them work? You need to work on making the site more user friendly for sure, right now I'm pretty sure the only person who could use it perfectly is you ;P The printer animation needs to be sped up, it takes too long to print. Other than that and the crits in the posts above, you're doing some solid work.

for your menu, don't make the text the button. make the button a rectangle behind the text. no l33t. fix your jpegs, way to grainy. if in your portfolio those are actual projects you've done, link to them instead of just showing the picture. i don't really understand the relevance of the ice cream sunday, but whatever. your layout isn't too bad. color scheme is good.

I think it looks quite good but I agree on most of the critics. no l33t, print to slow, indeed you should improve the JPG quality of your logo, it's kinda important that has good quality, I don't care much about the other jpgs.

mlk has it all that needs to be incorporated in ur site. Concentrate more on the usability aspect, making it easier for the user to navigate through ur site.

The printer that appears is relatively the real speed. The image that appears belongs to restaurants very famous in my country, of much importance. Ok, then dont use the printers real speed!

And it's good you added the english flash but now you have to make your "enter" text into a button or at least in an other color than the other text.

the site is good but some of the pics used have been exported in such low quality the site is kind of spoiled.

Correct that and the flash site will look fine.
