sorry dude, dont mean to ruin the party, but really im over these program vs program threads. They prove nothing since its up to the user to what application is better for there skills and situation.

am i the only one to feel this way ? :h:

both are good for what you need it for, so i am with the others.

both have ups and downs and pick up where the other left off, you cant compare them.

and not to mention you cannot compare them. 1. they are not in direct competition 2. they are not the same type of app. 3. This has been talked about b4. 4. I cant live without either one.

personally I think Illustrator is far more like Fireworks than Photoshop - they're completely different

I agree asphalt...Actually firewroks is a mellow blend between illustrator and Pshop. Really using both maximizes each
