creating outlines of a flash paint image

All I want to do, is acquire an outline of this image...

As though it is in blue print format... just I lack the intelligence to figure out how...

Can someone please help.

IN the timeline if you click on the square right beside the lock layer tool... it shows it as an outline...

This is the way I would like it... :)

It just goes to prove - just before you reach insanity... you solve the problem.

Beside the fill bucket tool... to the left is the INK BOTTLE TOOL...

I've never seen that before... I just started clicking anything that I had not clicked before.
