And maybe one designer.

Just thought I'd try here before running an ad....Or doing the rent-a-coder thing.

A recent onslaught of projects and some substantial funding has created the need for us to fortify our team. Right now we are a team of 2-(sometimes 3) but we are looking to bring in a solid programmer (AS & PHP) and maybe a designer. We prefer you be in the California area (ideally in the Bay Area). But luckily the web has afforded the ability to telecommute so distance is not a really big concern but dependability is. If you would like more information please contact me @ Nathan@implod.com

This is a serious position that will be ongoing. So please only serious inquiries.

Oh yeah the impending launch of implod.com is this month also.

Since most of the offers have come from abroad. Let me mention this will be a freelance position but the stream of work will be very constant, so we need dependable people. I will be getting back to folks very soon. Please state the position you are interested in, your rates, and any samples you would like us to consider and look at. Also your availability and region (geographics area) you live in. For some folks a time difference needs to be considered.

DDD i never responded to your PM, because 98% of my the work I did was at the Army Corps, and I had some legal problems with them becuase I was showing the work I did for them, thus I didn't send it to you.

good luck!
