On the right side, the wires move a bit and have motion blur on them. Is this After Effects?
And the frog that is moving along the wires: once in a while it's being kinda 'electrocuted'... any idea how that effect was realized?
Thanks.

well the wires could be done in flash, with some photoshop images (blur , non blur) tweening animation but it could be hard to perfect. Since most of the othe sections have a after effects feel to it, its looks like they might be little avi's or just sequence of png's.
regarding the frog, looks like a photoshop + flash job, u can get that sort of electrocution from using filter like wind, it looks like also they had displaced the image into segements to give it a more unique look.
Whatever way they have done it, its a great job. personally i dont think the site is that great, but some of the elements in there "creativity wise" are awesome.

I am pretty sure that is flash tweening. ANd using images sequences from like PS. To do that in AE would be a waste of precious bandwith.
