Hey i was looking around (again) and i saw some Custom User Texts (above the avatar)
does anyone know how to do that?
i also saw someone with one that was Flash ;P

Go to USER CP > EDIT PROFILE > CUSTOM USER TEXT

Edit: I see you already figured that out... if you mean colors and such, only mods can do that.
