thumbnail layout

Hello does anyone know where I can get a thumbnail layout
I would like to have slides on my web page when you click the image it opens up but my layout would be transparent because I would like to keep my background viewable is this possible ?

Could you make it more explicit ? I don't get what you mean by 'make it transparent'..
