Nick, I like the layout but I have to get critical on some of the writing.

There are too many words and too many derogatory statements that don't make you look good.

I can't copy and paste them here (obviously) but I'd be more than happy to help you with the copy.

Don't take it personally, it's just that it looks a little unprofessional or that you aren't giving yourself enough credit. :)

I won't comment on the Flash part, just one thing: Please, name your html page something else than "home", imagine a potential customer bookmarks this, goes looking for it in his fav's, how's he supposed to find it again?!! Give the page a title that will be explicit in search results, like "MWAB -web design comes cheap..", whatever, but name it!
Also, don't tell people the usuall rate is 50$ an hour and you'll do the job for 40$, that sounds like you really need work desperatly and they might even get it for less then that, just tell'em the standard rates and to contact you for an estimate..
