elastic box draggable menu headache!

Hi, this is a test for everyone!!
A client of mine has seen this elastic menu box effect and has asked me to see if I can loosely recreate it.

Does anyone know how to A; create it? or B; create a draggable elastic box and I'll go from there!!

Sorry for not replying earlier paul, but I haven't recieved any email notification on your reply here :(

Here's that same file in MX format. (The previous one was made in MX2004)

If you combine mine and scottys files, I think you'd get something that works quite good. (I think my "resizing" is a little bit *smoother* than scottys, but I haven't got those lines.)

Thanks for that I'll try and combine it all...but have you any idea how I can make it work as a menu system!?!?!?!?!
