Module 6 - Downloads

Hi, I'm going through the book modules. I downloaded the working examples from the internet. I am now working on Module 6 [Tables]. I looked for the file - table_size.htm - but I couldn't find it under the Module 6 folder which I unzipped.

Could it possibly be called something else or maybe not in the module folder. If not could you tell me where I can get it from your site.

GREAT book, I knew a lot of the initial modules, it is now getting more interesting, and I am targeting to set up my Corporation's web site with it. Fingers crossed everything goes well.
