Loading External Movie In MPEG

Hi, I am doing a project for school and I don't have flash their. Is there a simple way to connect to a external flash as file and have that one stream a mpeg video into flash. If so, is there also anyway to add controls.

If it is easier, you can just give me an example and I'll work with that. Whetever is easeist. :)

this must be like impossible, is there anything else similar that would give me similar results?

I think Flash MX 2004 has support for all sorts of streaming files, and I think it includes streaming Video Files too. And, it also has a controller component for media playback, that should work with it. Don't know if it's just 2004 Pro or both, not sure.
