Is this flash fx available in p/shop

this effect in flash (im using mx) was achieved using the 'trace bitmap' feature. Is there a way to get it looking like this from Adobe Photoshop. I was messing wit the posterize feature but it just doesnt work the same. Is there some filter i need 2 try?

in flash goto file|export|export image and save it as a png then open it in photoshop :P

i know i can do that but it would be alot easier to work with one programme instead of switchin all the time!

there are ways to create similar effects, but they are lengthy and don't produce as good of an effect, the best way to do it is through flash because it actually does convert it to vector format, any plugins/filters would only try to imitate the same effect, not do the same thing.
