Brodcast Background loop

hi guys... :D
i'm working in brodcasting field and i want to create looping background, like in the CNN and AL Jeaerra news... i know i can make it by AE but i don't know much more about AE so can anyone from the expert people tell me or make a tutorial for me and who cares.... i saw an examp[le before but i forgot where i put it in my HD ;( so i'm looking now and i'll up load it :D .

not sure how you can loop your sample, unless you use some Expressions, other wise you can just make a composition to how long you want your main movie to be, create multiple layers and add the track one after each other, then use that composition in the main composition.

I think expressions would be the way to go. There is a good book that covers this well. It is called "Creating Motion Graphics In After Effect" Really good stuff I took a course recently on AE and the teacher used this book and there was a chapter on it.
