Might be an idea to give a little more description of your skills and abilities... People will find the more information you give the better...

another thing to keep in mind, is to not accept a project without knowing full well that you can do what is asked of you.

Since this is a business situation, not just a friend's site, even if you aren't charging, it should be conducted in a professional manner.

I suggest you map out the project on paper, and have both parties agree on the scope of the project at least.

Just some friendly advice from an Independent Designer.

hey thanks a lot for your advice bro but i dont web design for a living for now, i just like flash very much i fall inlove w/ flash and i want to learn more so i dnt mind accpting any projects

I understand, but it would be respectful to the client to do a professional job, even though you are learning on their project.

That is all I am saying.

Even if you aren't going to do this for a living, treat the clients as they are paying you, it will save you and your clients a ton of hassle, and possibly a lawsuit or 2...

Heading = go to your "user cp" button Click "edit profile" then "Custom user text" to change your heading

Avatar = go to your "user cp" button Click "edit options" then go to the very bottom that says "Avatar" then upload your image there's an instruction with regards to imae size.

I can't teach you how to make a shout box just like that. You need to learn other things like LoadVars, MySQL, PHP stuff! heheheh! But I will be giving away the source for that shout box once I can clean up the code! I am currently very busy with work and it was supposed to be this week that I would release the source but you know work.... :) Anyway just check out my blog from time to time to see when it is available!

parasite I don't know about parsing xml using php. that is in the advanced stages.... There are a few tutorials about php, mysql and loadvars. try using the search button on the site. :)
