can i make object transparent in swift3D ???

yes. Select it, then check out the left hand panel. I believe that "layout" will have a check box which says, "show object" or something similar. This is what you use to make an object transparent.

This will only work on peices of a grouped object... not the whole group.. keep this in mind.

Another more circuitous method if you want to make the entire object transparent is to import the movie into a movie clip inside Flash. You can use Flash's Alpha slider to adjust the alpha of the movie clip and adjust the quality that way.
