Just when I wanted to throw out the old 15in monitor, I found a new use that I never knew it can do. Since my computer came with an onboard, I added a PCI graphic card to boost performance. All these years, the onboard had nothing. Me screwing around on a Saturday afternoon, I plugged in the 15in into the onboard and viola! Dual monitors!
*Just wanted to share the excitement.*

The only problem right now is the color cordinations. The 15in on top is running at max of 24bit, 800x600. But the 17in is doing 1024x768 @ 32bit. Ack, who cares, Photoshop and Flash rocks my world with these two monitors. The other monitor becomes my toolbar monitor.
Amazing.
Grimy, how can you change from 2 21in to 2 15in? That'd drive me nuts having to come home to something that small.
Thor, :thumb: I've also got a wireless, but I don't hook that up usually. It's kinda visible from the pic, it's that little black grove thing right under the 15in. Behind the SD reader.
Also, now I'm trying to savage the second tower see if I can maybe dual boot the two together. I know I need a motherboard that does dual boot, but neone know of a way to use the other tower?

isn't it kind of annoying not having them right next to each other? I have ann extra monitor that I want to get set up but there isn't any more room on my desk.
I had dual 15" when I had my internship last year, so nice for dreamweaver and flash.
btw, is that the poster from Simpsons trivia? I have that same one lying around somewhere.

I dont know about dual boot but I use a KVM switch at home to switch between two systems.. and it works really nicely :)

It's ok, it takes some time to adjust. But since only side stuff like toolbars or WMP is on that monitor, it really doesn't bother me.
I'm not sure if it's meant for it to be a trivia. It's just something for me to stare at when I'm bored. I still can't find Duff Man. :*(
