i want to know how to just move the camera around a object kinda like in matrix. plz help...

It depends -

Do you have a 3D program such as 3D StudioMax or the likes?
It becomes very simple at that point!
If you are trying to do something in Flash it won't work.

If you have a specific object or scene in mind and do not have the capabilities to produce the effect email me and I will cut a sequence for you within reason of course.
