New layout design

This is a layout demo I've provided for my client. He owns a record label in Tampa, Florida....might take awhile to load being that it's uncrunched and right now, just one large image. Just looking for any suggestions/comments. When complete, the whole site will be Flash. Thanks.

I don`t realy like the gradient fill in the background.

Thanks for the feedback! I'm thinking about some other ideas for the background.

Site looks great! :D I really like the color scheme. In regards to the background, maybe you could add some sort of texture to it like you have in the blue strip that's on either side of the Flo-Rida Records symbol or something. Just a thought.
