which url sounds better?

Both sound cheap no offense or anything. Why don't you just buy a domain? It's quite cheap these days.

$5 a month, $10 setup. Anyone can afford that.

actually you can get a domain for cheapper than that, $8.88 a year with no setup fee.

if this is a url you really want to use then get yourself a real one...

If it is just for some friends and a private page I would go with the second one
