How can I make a chain rotate around two gears quick and easy? (If there is such a way)

c'mon, make it easy on the guy/ girl!
make a gear symbol, tween for rotation, place two of it on stage, make a chainlink symbol, make new clip with lots of it to form the chain, animate to make go round, place on stage and scale to fit 'round your gears. d'you know how to do all that (it's quite easy)?
