Web Programmer required

Hi there,

I'm looking for a Web Programmer to help me on a few projects.. work would include mostly PHP and MYSQL interacting with Flash. I'm willing to pay, but cant afford great amounts at the moment. I'm lookin for a reliable person that I can work with regularly on projects, I will be able to offer greater money in the near future. I have a nice flash Usersystem that i'm willing to share with anyone interested in helping me, and also a semi nice Flash Chat room. yeah, I got some program theory knowledge so I can do some stuff.. (just nothing complex in AS) :D

(and without credits..not even in the links..?!),
