Entry Level Web Designer Job Discription - Seen one I could use?

I'm getting prepared to do some highering maybe and i need to make a job discription. I going to be looking for a entry level web designer and i was wondering if any one had seen any good job discription write ups i could use as a base to make one for my position. Flash ( with AS), Photoshop, and HTML are all requirments.

It is all in office and i can't see anyone wanting to move to this frozzen waste land for and entry level job lol so ya local. I've finaly found a site that is spiting out some decent descriptions. Most are writing by ppl who don't know what they are talking about so the discription is way off. I'll piece some qualifications together and psot and see if any one can improve on it.
