Preloader help!!!!!!

Hey I am new to flash and even the basics are hard. I can't get my preloader to work does anyone know whats going on. Preloader (http://matrix.senecac.on.ca/~jpeyre/messed.swf)

do a search for preloaders. Then delete this thread and place it in the AS, MX, or MX2k4 section. or you could have one of the mods move it for you. You won't get much help for that in here :)
