Site revamp, opinions please.

Hi all, this site: monoequip.com (http://www.monoequip.com)

which is my day job - work website. Now there is not alot of flash in here and there is a lot of content. I have been ask to make some changes to it.

I would like your opinions on what should/could be done.

Why do they want to change it? Looks like a nice html/flash site to me :)

Anyhow, you can add a round corner here and there, like the top left corner of the white part of the page. Gradients would look nice...

But overall, great job ;)

Some changes I would make - the graphics look dated, maybe you should think about restructuring the site in terms of the layout and navigation. The flash on the page is OK though.

Look around on the internet for ideas and then maybe jot down a layout using various features you've liked in your research.

Thanks for the comments! I agree with you MrG, graphics are a bit out dated and a better menu system should be re-done, also there is no css used in this site which makes it longer to update, I shall implement that first!
