I was thinking about getting my Masters on-line, but i want to find something having to do with web design. I found a few programs, but they are really expensive. Does anyone have any tips for me?

Yes, you will infinitley learn alot more from a real class room, surrounded by real people that you can learn from get help, share ideas. As good as it sounds, internet classes aren't that great.

The easiest way is to find a College or a Community College and get an AA in Interface Design, Motion Graphics or whatnot, if you are really hard core, go for the BA or MA in a normal Uni.

While you will learn some stuff online, you will definatly learn more in person (and It might be cheaper too!)

I have looked into on-line degrees myself.

Im a bit hesitant becase im not sure if they are held in the same regard as a regular degree from a college you physically atend.

Does anyone know where companies or more importantly HR departments stand on this?

I guess it would take a while for those with ONline degrees to get through the system for HR departments to form opions on the level that degree has in the real world!

And remeber not all Online Certifications are accredided, and even the ones that are in companies sometimes count for very little...
