anyone know how i can make snow?

what program are you looking to use to make snow in??

First you are going to need some water, if all you have is water vapor, that should do. Next you are going to need the temperature outside to be around 30 degrees farenheit. Afterwards, jump really really high and release your water.
Soon enough you should have snow.
