Umaxsearch spyware

I can't get rid of this thing! When I click on links on google.com it goes to a site UMAXSEARCH and searches there instead! I've scanned with SpyCop (paid), Ad-aware, and SpyBot Search and Destroy

do any of you guys know how I can get rid of it?

check in add/remove programs it might be a program.

:) Goto Program Files, and find it.

(I installed a new OS and formatted the Drive! :P)
