Really interesting articles on Accessibility

I just found a load of really interesting articles on Accessibility :)

It shows common misconceptions in accessibility, and takes you through implementing it step by step, using 'example' cases to show how it really helps people.

Has anyone come across Jakob Neilsen and his work on useability. Any comments on his approach and approach to web and useability.

I think he slammed flash once in reference to its useability. This may have been based on the % of bad sites that were fully built in Flash from people jumping on the bandwagon and not really understanding Flash

Anyway any comments from those that have come across any stuff by Mr Neilsen
