Update site with script

I wanna do like this:
When a press a button in flash i wanna call a script somewhere, php or javascript or whatsoever. And that will update the whole site.
How can I do this?

A simple button to update a site seems... Weird... Are you uploading any new files or anything like that? Or filling out any text areas?

yes im uploading new files.
If I want it to upload correctly the viewers has to change options in the IE browser (but not if they are already in options).

it will show scores in a game. Im using php to upload the files every 15 second.
But like every 60 second i want it to upload the whole site..
For those who doesn´t have the options correct in the browser.
U feel me?
