Initial picture check

Designing a site for a rustic furniture store... before developing the whole structure I wanted some opinions on the main picture of the site (the menu, logo and extra stuff will be added around it).

I wanted to know if it has a rustic look to it, and if it does is, is the look too exagerated?? :cowboy:

well, from what there is to judge, id say its good, fitting for furniture, buts its still hard to tell since all youve got up is a pic.

Yea, I just wanted to know if the effects are too exagerated, or does it still look like a little house/store (cause it sucks to hear that it looks bad once you've built the structure around it hehehe)?

I say you can download this site for free somewhere on the web...sorry but not an html fan :P but u can do better...its not bad its a nice layout...but somehow I feel if u design one more with some nice images on the home page and nice header without a cheap flash banners....a nice bigger logo....

I'm guessing this was a mispost... if it wasn't I couldn't really udnerstand what you meant by it. What I posted is just the initial pic and the site will be built around that, I was just checking to see if the picture looked rustic or not. :ne:
