capturing what's on the screen.

I'm looking for an easy way of capturing streaming video of my screen and mouse movements. Is there an easy way of doing this which would result in an AVI or Mpeg vid format?

Hey upuaut8,
Visit www.download.com (http://www.download.com) and there is a free shareware utility for saving mouse movements into a video file. The only problem is that you might see the logo of the program when re-playing the video.

I found it. but im not sure if its what your looking for... the program is called "screen catcher" and i founf it in download.com . It doesnt save the images as Video but a sequence of JPG's. i hope tat helped
