problem flash in DW 2004!

I usually insert flash button by just only insert flash button which existed in dreaweaver and fill URL
now with dreamweaver 2004 I can't find where to do it ?
please tell me if you know how, thanks

you may have to add it to your favorites or add it a tab all the way at the end of the tool panel (at the top) there is a button to add things
