Tracing a photograph?

Helo everybody..

Here's my problem, i want to trace a photograph so it becomes a EPS vector.. what's the easy way? and should i use Adobe Illustrator or Macromedia Freehand or Maybe photoshop? and how should i it?

Any comments welcome...

I don't know what you mean by EPS, but I can tell you that Flash has a feature "Trace Bitmap" that can trace any image into vector. Access it by going to Modify>Trace Bitmap...
