I made a website for a company over a year ago. Now they want to make changes to the flash content on it. They are asking me for the .fla files so they can make the changes themselves. They've got the attitude that I should just hand them over, but somehow I feel that I should be able to charge them a fee. Any suggestions on how I should handle this matter? Thanks!

Depends upon your contract, but in most cases anything produced for a company, under pay of that company, makes it their intellectual property. Some companies would sue you for not relinquishing all files upon termination of employment.
If it's a big deal... thousands and thousands of dollars.. then you should talk to a lawyer.
