movies in flash

I can't seem to find out how one plays a movie file such as quicktime .mov in a flash movie. The flash HELP files say that it isn't possible to export a quicktime movie in a .swf format, yet I've seen it done on the net.
Could someone help me?

Hello Hencca,
It's done by converting the movie into Flash. I have written an extensive and thorough tutorial that explains how to convert a QT movie into the Flash format and use it in the movies. The URL is:
