what? mind to explain what's not working and what's supposed to happen?

Sry, I made an earlier post with the same movie and someone could not download it properly so they asked me to repost the movie, The movie is supposed to have balls which are in some kind of a circle bounce into the middle in succesion. I have tried a number of things such as have the movies increment a global x variable and then telling the movies to bounce depending on that variable, then a series of long if then statements, a for loop and my last desperate measure a switch statement inside a for loop. Thanks for trying to help me.
