Drag and Drop

When I create a drag 'n drop-able symbol, I actually make the whole movie moveable, instead of just the symbol. Any ideas where I'm going wrong?

Hello,
Then you need to conver the symbol to a movie clip, and make that draggable. If you drag a movie clip with more elements inside it, it will drag that along with it.
